This morning just waking up, drinking my coffee I saw an American Express commercial that spoke directly to those of us that are obsessed with shoes. The commercial starts with a young girl as a baby into grade school. While she was in grade school, she sees the school nurse walk by and says to her friend, “Can you believe she is wearing white after Labor Day”? The commercial continues and we see her in a store buying something for her twin girls, when an older woman walks in the store and says they are adorable, the woman immediately thinks the woman is complimenting her shoes! I didn’t do a good job of explaining the commercial - so you will have to see it for yourself. It did however, make me laugh. The other thing I liked about the commercial was how stylishly the woman was dressed, in the new “Bermuda” shorts with the cutest open-toe pumps. Similar to these…
