Is it true?
One reason so many women I know have a shoe fetish is this…. one can take an inexpensive pair of slacks or a skirt and really make it into an “outfit” with the right shoes and bag.
Is that why we love our shoes so much? Maybe, but after all - it’s true isn’t it?
