Based in Greenwood Village, the newest entry into the online shoe market is 6PM.com, with a unique gimmick. When shoppers choose shoes, the Web site automatically suggests matching handbags and vice versa. Shoppers can even vote on how well they think the site matched up the shoes and handbags. The site carries all the top name brands, many on sale up to 73 percent off.

But the best feature is that shipping is free, both on the return and delivery ends. This means if you are not sure whether you’re a 7 or a 7 1/2, order both sizes and keep the pair that fits. Won’t cost you a dime extra. Plus 6PM guarantees if you find the shoe lower-priced elsewhere online, the Web site will match the price less 10 percent.

Sizes range from 3-13 and AAAA narrow to EE wide; prices range from $29.99 for Minnetonka moccasins to $800 for a pair of Donald J. Pliners or Bruno Maglis. Purses by designers such as Francesco Biasia and Kathy Van Zeeland start at about $30 and can go as high as $580 for a Kenneth Cole.
